INFORMATION CLAUSE ON DATA PROCESSING

We would like to inform you that we process your personal data. The details of this process are presented below. Thus, the information obligation to you under the RODO is fulfilled.[1]

Personal data controller

The administrator of the personal data is Dixer Parts Adam Kostka, based in Laka (43-241) at 10 Grottgera Street, contact details: tel. 668419384, e- mail: dixerparts@gmail.com . The data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 for the purpose of handling and processing the order. The administrator will not share the data or transfer it to a third country or international organization. Data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose, for a maximum of 10 years after the termination of the contract (the period of limitation of claims under Article 118 of the Civil Code). Data subjects have the right to access their data, correct, rectify, erase, limit processing, transfer and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling). Provision of data is voluntary, but necessary to fulfill the indicated purpose.

Purposes and basis of processing

Your data is processed:

For the purpose of entering into a contract based on interest on your part in wanting to enter into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO)
in order to perform the obligations imposed on me on the basis of a contract of mandate, contract for specific work or other civil law agreement concluded with you (Article 6(1)(b) RODO)
for archival (evidential) purposes to secure information in case of a legal need to prove facts, which is a legitimate interest art( 6(1)(f) RODO)
for the purpose of possibly establishing an investigation or defense against claims, which is a legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO)
for the purpose of surveying customer satisfaction and assessing the quality of services provided, which is a legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO)
Handling requests that will be directed to me (e.g., by email,) (Article 6(1)(d) RODO),
Performing tax obligations such as issuing invoices, keeping accounts- resulting from tax laws-(Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA),

Period of personal data processing

Your data processed for the performance of the concluded contract will be processed until the end of the period in which the statute of limitations for potential claims arising from the contract will expire

Your data processed for direct marketing purposes on the basis of your consent, until you object, withdraw your consent if I can carry out such activities,
Your data processed for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, including, in particular, tax and accounting and labor law for the period for which I am obliged to retain the documents, including for evidentiary purposes carried out by authorized entities and the prevention of fraud and abuse;
Your data may be processed for archiving purposes if the law requires me to do so.

Article 6(1)(f)-processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.
Right to data portability - you have the right to request that data belonging to you be sent in a commonly used format (e.g. pdf. or csv. Please indicate the appropriate formats used by you in which you store data) either directly to you or to another entity designated by you.
The right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority-that is, to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or other competent supervisory authority
Right to withdraw consent to processing of personal data - Please be advised that you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the compatibility of earlier processing of such data in view of your earlier consent to processing.
Your rights will be able to be exercised through the data provided at the point about the Administrator.

Requirement or voluntariness of your personal data

As a condition of the contract, it is voluntary, but lack of consent prevents the provision of services to you,
Condition of support services-this is arbitrary but lack of consent prevents your participation in projects
Voluntary in other cases when the provision of the law or the implementation of certain activities does not require a concomitant obligation to process your data.
