Can totally recommend the guys at DIXER for custom design and manufacturing of motorcycle parts. I've used them several times, each job was pretty unique and technical and they handled my requests with ease. I like the fact I can send over my design and within a short space of time I have a CAD drawing emailed back for me to check. Once I'm happy then it's manufactured via CNC and promptly delivered, the fit and finish being on-point every time.
When looking for a custom upper fork brace for an S1K fork swapped K bike, there was none in exsistance. When I saw what was made for the standard forks, put out by Adam of Dixer, I decided I needed to reach out and see what can be done for my unique setup. Without hesitation, he began work on a new design, allowing customer feedback to dial in the details. In a short period of time, design was finalized, made, and shipped without issue at a very reasonable price. I was ecstatic by fit and finish, and was happy to have the first custom S1K upper with incorporated Motoscope Pro gauge installed on a K bike! I ride the Dixerparts Lefthandbrake Setup since 2 years on my KTM 125 and now ond my KTM 250. Everything fits perfect and the Brake Power is good. Only the Brakepads they wasnt really good. But this is no problem, i ride the brakepads from "Braking" in it.

The size of the rear sprocket, the type of HB mount and even the handlebars depend on the riding style and the planned extent of the machine modifications. For city riders, we recommend drivetrains with sprockets up to 55t and clip-on handlebars with full adjustment, so you don’t have to cut the fairing.
