Choosing the right triple tree for your build

Dixer Parts carries both stock-replacement and reinforced upper triple trees, covering BMW K-series (K75, K100, K1100), R nineT, R100R and R65, Honda CBR600RR, CBR900RR, CBR 929/954, CBR F4i and CB750, Suzuki GSXR 600/750, Kawasaki ZX6R 636, and Yamaha R6 and R7. Stunt-oriented clamps are CNC-machined from thicker aluminum stock than the OEM part, adding strength for stoppies, wheelies and hard cornering. Cafe racer versions focus instead on a cleaner style, often paired with a smaller speedometer cutout or a Motogadget-ready mount.

Several models are available with matching risers or a handlebar kit, so the clamp, bar position and grip height can be sorted in one order. Bolt patterns and fork diameters vary by generation, so always check your bike's production year against the listed specification before ordering. The top clamp has to match the offset of the stock bottom clamp - together with the frame's rake, offset sets the trail, which decides how the bike will steer. After installation, check the steering head bearings, as a loose steering head can cause wobble.
