Some crash cages require drilling holes in the fairings because the cage mounting bolts (the frame/engine connection) are covered by them.

The kit includes a marking laser that allows you to precisely mark the cutting location before starting work. This helps you avoid measurement errors and achieve a perfectly aligned hole for the cage components.

The hole saw ensures a clean and even cut, minimizing the risk of cracking or damaging the fairing. It's an ideal solution for those installing a roll cage on a motorcycle – both in a workshop and during DIY assembly.

Action Plan:

1. Place the motorcycle in a stationary position.

2. Remove the fairing, which covers the cage mounting bolt.

3. Place the cage in position to confirm the mounting location.

4. Install the batteries and turn on the laser (insert it into the plastic holder) and aim it at the center of the bolt mounted on the motorcycle.

5. Position the laser so that it always points to the same point (the center of the bolt).

6. Install the fairing without moving the motorcycle.

7. Drill the hole centered on the laser.

8. Remove the bolt and install the cage.
