Scrape bar - titanium and steel for stunt
Rear crash cage means a cage rubbing against the ground when riding on one wheel. Looking at old photos and films, everyone remembers the long, wide and heavy rear crash cages that saved the rider when they overreacted while riding on the rear wheel.

Titanium scrape blocks
Seemingly a cool option, because you could make them quickly and from materials you had at home. There was a problem when one of the other riders got hit with such a crash cage in their back when flipping during a failed stoppie. Then came round bars, i.e. crash cages ending in a curved tube. They looked nice and were safer, but were not practical because the motorcycle danced sideways when leaning on corners. In both of these cases, the cages have worn down over time through abrasion. Therefore, a safer and overall better solution is the scrape bar.
Steel scrape blocks
Dixer Parts manufactures crash cages with interchangeable titanium tips - scrape bar. Why titanium? Because titanium scrape bar wears off more slowly compared to steel and produces beautiful and flawless bright white sparks. The titanium piece is mounted on two M6 screws, and can be easily replaced or even turned to the less worn side. The crash cages are mainly based on sheet metal bending, therefore there is less chance of cracking when hitting the ground hard. Most of our products require the removal of the original rear lamp and the fitting of a smaller one once the crash cage is in place, and the stunt bar itself does not extend too far beyond the motorcycle outline. You don't have to cut the fairing, which is a big plus for a possible return to stock condition. We have also introduced whole steel rear crash cages (Kawasaki ZX6R 2009-2022), which are much stiffer and more durable than stock parts.
